PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

It is a stone wool plate that does not need to have high compressive strength but can carry itself in vertical position. It is used in areas where heat, sound, fire insulation and acoustic details are required.

APPLICATION AREAS

It can be used in the interior walls, stairs and lift spaces of all kinds of buildings, and for the heat, sound and fire insulation of outer walls that can be coated. It can be used in places where there may be condensation problem depending on the need.

APPLICATION PRINCIPLES

It is used as insulation for heat, sound, fire and acoustic purposes inside the cage systems formed with the wooden and metal carrier constructions. Stone wool plates should stand in vertical direction. If necessary, the insulation should be partially secured to the surface with the suspension pins. It is used with black and yellow fiber glass in areas where acoustic insulation is required. Acoustic walls should be covered with materials with a 50% perforated surface.

Reminders on Loading, Unloading, Transport and Storage:
 
• It should be done in closed areas in rainy weather.
• Stretch the canvas even when hey are shipped for short distances
• It should be stored in the package and the damaged package should not be used.
• Packages should not be stacked on top of each other
• The products are not be stepped on or used as a step.
• Before pulling with rope, hard cardboard with dimensions of 50x20 cm size should be placed under the rope.
• Storage area should be closed to prevent leakage during rain, flooding etc.
• The storage floor must be flat and non-slippery
• Loading and unloading should be done with the roof crane.
• Plates should be carefully transported to the application area by two persons.
• Before pulling the rope, 50x20 cm hard cardboard should be placed under the rope.
